Stains Description

We just installed a piece of Tropical Green Granite (http://tanbrown.org) on the wall behind the stove.  We used Acrylic Latex Silicone as an adhesive.  A few hours later, large spots appeared on the surface of the Stone (http://g603.net) and (http://maplered.com) remain 36 hours later.  Do you think it is possible to remove these spots & if so, what should we try?
